Public offer
Version of 13 October 2026
This document is an official offer of the Seller to conclude a contract for the sale of digital goods remotely. Paying for an order means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1. Terms
- Seller: the individual entrepreneur named in the Seller details section, who sells the Goods through the Website.
- Buyer: a person or company that places and pays for an order on the Website.
- Website: the online shop at many2one.online.
- Goods: software modules for the Odoo system, delivered as an archive file for the Odoo version chosen by the Buyer, together with a licence to use them.
2. Subject of the contract
The Seller transfers to the Buyer a copy of the Goods and a non-exclusive licence to use it on the terms of the licence stated on the product page, and the Buyer pays the price.
The description, the supported Odoo versions, the required Odoo applications and the licence of each module are given on its product page. The Buyer is responsible for checking that the module suits their Odoo version and edition.
3. Order and conclusion of the contract
The Buyer selects the Goods and the Odoo version, places the order and provides a valid email address. The contract is concluded at the moment the payment is received by the Seller.
After payment the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation of the order by email.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the Website in euros. Payment is made by bank card through the monobank payment service; the amount may be charged in hryvnias at the rate of the day of payment, which is shown before the payment is confirmed.
The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's card details.
5. Delivery
The Goods are delivered electronically: right after payment a personal download link is sent to the Buyer's email and shown on the order page. The link is valid for 4 hours. If it has expired, the Seller sends a new one on request.
The Goods are considered delivered from the moment the link is sent.
6. Returns and refunds
Refunds are made on the terms of the Refund policy published on the Website, which is part of this offer.
7. Liability
The Goods are provided as described on the product page. The Seller is not liable for the incompatibility of the Goods with third-party modules, with modifications made by the Buyer, or with Odoo versions other than the one the archive was built for.
The Seller's liability is limited to the price paid for the Goods.
Nothing in this offer limits the rights that consumers have under the law.
8. Personal data
By placing an order the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
9. Disputes and governing law
The contract is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in court as provided by law.
The Seller may change this offer; the version in force at the time of payment applies to the order.
